When You Try to Stop Gambling and Cannot Quit Your Habit

If you are an addicted gambler and have been unsuccessful in your attempts to stop gambling, you are not alone. 1. There are many types of help for a gambling addiction available. If one way does not work, find another way. If you do not like Gamblers Anonymous, find another self-help group for gambling addiction. You can also see a private counselor that may even be funded by the state you live in.



2. Never, ever, ever, give up trying to stop gambling. Keep trying to quit your gambling addiction because eventually you will succeed. Never give up on yourself and your ability to live a life that is free from gambling addiction.
